For the last show of the year, Jonathan and Shane had Dr. Joe Buchman on to talk about politics, predictions for 2009, and finally, exopolitics. Once again, Dr. Joe combined the theme of libertarianism with the reality of extraterrestial life. The show was both fun and wide ranging, the perfect way to end 2008. The show was dedicated to Ozzy, Shane’s cat who at the time of the recording, had an unknown prognosis after becoming ill. Shane is happy to report that the next day, Ozzy’s long term prognosis became quite good.
