This American Landscape – Episode 1 – Kenneth Young

“This American Landscape” is a new addition to the LD Network. Hosted by Jim Brady of Columbia County, New York, “This American Landscape” introduces you to the little known, little recognized, but none the less, real people who make up the patchwork of this American Landscape. Writers, musicians, craftsmen, eccentrics, and other interesting people who’s daily lives and actions are the threads that hold the patchwork together.

On the inaugural edition of TAL, the guest is Kenneth Young, a fine artist. The programs discussions begins with Ken’s self discovery of his artistic ability, his early training, his style, his influences, and the evolution of his work. We also briefly discuss the “pigeon hole” effect that critics sometimes give artists of different ethnic or social status.

His work can be viewed and purchased at Fine Art America. http://fineartamerica.com/artwork/tag/kenneth+young
