This American Landscape – Episode 3 – Community Newspapers

In an environment where daily newspapers are struggling to stay afloat, some community newspapers are growing. This week we talk with Parry Teasedale, editor and publisher of a fledgling community newspaper, The Columbia Paper. Parry discusses the special dynamics of community and community newspapers, the different role they fill, and the vested interests of community people who work to put out such a newspaper each week.
